Absolutely one of the best IJ workshops I’ve ever attended. Ron is a great educator and his knowledge is really helpful, and his presentation was very accessible. I found the advice about looking at agencies’ records management and forms retention policies to determine what they’re keeping extremely helpful. Thank you so much!
