The Ida B. Wells Society for Investigative Reporting is pleased to offer a select number of member sponsorships for the Investigative Reporters and Editors 2022 Conference. This year’s conference will take place in Denver, Colorado, and virtually from June 23-26, 2022.
The conference will feature panels and discussions as well as opportunities to network with fellow journalists. Those who attend the conference virtually will have access to some conference sessions, live-streamed and recorded. Members who attend the conference in person also will have access to the recorded sessions online.
The sponsorship will be awarded in the form of a reimbursement for conference-related expenses (i.e. the cost of registration for all grantees plus ground travel, air travel, and lodging for those electing to attend in-person). Please note that there are some caps and restrictions on certain expenses and receipts will be required following the event.
To apply for a sponsorship, please answer and submit the questions below by 11:59 pm ET on Friday, May 20.
